Our holiday resort consists of four newly built summer residences with a private car park and swimming pool.
The resort is located directly next to the sea and offers a wonderful panoramic view. Each residence includes diverse apartments fully equipped with a terrace or balcony, air conditioning, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and TV satellite system.
Each apartment has a view on the sea.

Starigrad-Paklenica is located 40 km to the North of the old historic town, Zadar and is 12 km from the highway.
This location, was declared a National Park in 1949, and offers adventurous sites for mountain hikers and adventure clamberers.

The beautiful nature of these National Parks made them an ideal location for the filming of the legendary Karla Maya Streifen's Winnetou movie.
Many German and other European low-cost airlines offer direct flights to Zagreb, Zadar and Split airports. Airport transfer to (and from) our holiday resort can be organised upon request.
